THE GIG

This role will provide a first class service direct to our customers, through email, live-chat, letter or telephone. Fixed Term Contract. Must speak both English and German.

  • At least 1-year experience in a customer service role, ideally with experience of supporting customers over the phone, email, and live chat for an International retailer – fashion would be super!
  • Fluency in English – additional languages would be amazing too!
  • Excellent telephone manner – able to communicate at all levels of business clearly and accurately
  • Self-motivated and able to multi task. Tenacious and thorough in delivering solutions to problems
  • Works towards targets and is very KPI driven
  • High standard of IT literacy – ability to use CRM systems in addition to Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and eCom operations in order to resolve customer queries in an efficient knowledgeable manner.
  • An understanding of distribution and logistics to co-ordinate deliveries of orders and to communicate with couriers.
  • Professional, but also authentic & fearless!

  • Must speak English and German.
  • Professional and effective communication to all enquiries from our customers
  • Place telephone orders for customers, providing helpful and relevant suggestions for accessories and ensuring accurate information is recorded for payment.
  • Handle customer complaints, queries and requests for information in a sensitive, timely and professional manner
  • Support Customers with delivery issues and provide appropriate resolutions where possible.
  • Processing returns, refunds & exchanges and various operational tasks to keep the department running smoothly
  • Keep up to date with current and new product lines, and confidently be able to talk to customers about our products.
  • Report to the Customer Services Manager on any issues that affect the flow of orders – incoming or outgoing.
  • Work closely with the wholesale customer service team and happy to flex & provide support at peak periods.
